About the event
The December holiday meeting is review tools to help our clients and ourselves to stay sane during the holiday season.
Paula Garcia graduated with a Masters in Professional Counseling from Texas State University in San Marcos and is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Houston. Paula uses a DBT approach in her practice to help young adults manage their emotions and improve their communication skills, especially in the context of relationships. Couple’s counseling is also a big part of her work as she loves to help clients find common ground and improve their well-being in relationships. After working for Santa Maria Hostel for 5 years, Paula went into private practice in order to reach a broader population and reach her personal goals.
